These Terms of Use apply to this website, which is operated by Jeff Harrison ("Jeff," "we," "us"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who you are dealing with
Jeff Harrison is an independent insurance agent licensed in Arkansas. He is not an insurance company. Policies are issued by the insurance companies he works with, and each company decides whether to offer coverage and at what price.
Quotes and applications
- Prices shown on this site or in our quote tool are estimates based on the details you enter. Your final premium is set by the insurance company after it reviews your application and health answers.
- Submitting a quote request or starting an application does not mean you are covered. Coverage starts only when the insurance company approves your application and issues the policy, under that policy's terms.
- Our instant quote tool and online applications are provided by third-party partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
- Please answer application questions completely and honestly. Incorrect answers can lead an insurance company to deny a claim or cancel a policy.
General information only
The articles, checklist, FAQs and other content on this site are general information about insurance and funeral planning. They are not legal, tax, financial or funeral planning advice for your situation. Benefits, waiting periods, exclusions and prices vary by insurance company and policy. Always read your policy, and ask Jeff or a qualified professional about your own situation.
How we contact you
- Email. When you request the free checklist or submit a form, you agree that we may email you what you asked for and occasional follow-up information. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Calls and texts. We only call or text you, including with automated technology, if you check a consent box or otherwise give us permission. Consent is optional and is never a condition of buying anything. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Accuracy. If you give us a phone number, you confirm that it is yours or that you are authorized to use it, and you agree to tell us if it changes.
SMS Terms
Program: Jeff Harrison text messages. If you opt in, Jeff Harrison will send text messages to the mobile number you provide.
- What you will receive. If you opt in to non-marketing messages: messages about your request, such as your free checklist, quote questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, and help with your policy. If you opt in to marketing messages: occasional tips, updates and offers about final expense and mortgage protection insurance. You can opt in to either, both, or neither.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Mobile information and text message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

The text, photos, checklist and design of this site belong to Jeff Harrison or are used with permission. You may view, download and print them for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you are welcome to share the free checklist with your family. Please do not copy, sell or republish them without written permission.
Carrier names and logos
Insurance company names and logos on this site are trademarks of their owners. They are shown only to identify companies whose policies Jeff may be able to offer. Their display does not mean those companies endorse this website. Which companies and policies are available to you depends on your state, age, health and other factors.
