Who we are

This website is operated by Jeff Harrison, an independent insurance agent licensed in Arkansas who offers final expense and mortgage protection life insurance. In this policy, "Jeff," "we," "us" and "our" mean Jeff Harrison. "You" means anyone who visits this website or contacts us through it.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, our forms, phone calls, text messages and emails, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code.
  • Quote details, such as age, gender, tobacco use, coverage amount, mortgage balance and years left on a loan.
  • Anything you write to us in a form, email, text message or phone call.
  • If you apply for a policy, the information the insurance company asks for, which can include health information. See Insurance information below.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic device and browser information, such as browser type, device type and approximate location based on IP address.
  • How you use the site, such as pages viewed, links clicked and the ad or website that brought you here.
  • Cookies and similar tools, described in Cookies and advertising.

Information from others

Insurance companies and our quoting or application partners may share information with us about a quote or application you start, such as its status, so we can help you with it.

How we use it

  • To send what you requested, such as the free Peaceful Payouts checklist.
  • To answer your questions, prepare quotes and help you compare carriers.
  • To help you apply for, keep and use a policy, including help with claims.
  • To schedule and remind you about appointments.
  • To send emails, calls and text messages you have agreed to receive. See Calls and text messages.
  • To understand how the site is used, improve it and measure our advertising.
  • To keep records required by law and by insurance regulators, and to prevent fraud.

Calls and text messages

We only call or text you, including with automated technology, if you give us permission, for example by checking a consent box on one of our forms. You can choose whether to receive messages about your request (such as your checklist, quote questions and appointment reminders), marketing messages, both, or neither. Giving consent is never a condition of buying anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you ask us not to call you, we add your number to our internal do-not-call list.

When we share it

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Insurance companies you choose. When you ask for a quote or apply, we share the details needed with the insurance companies involved.
  • Service providers who work for us. For example, our customer relationship management and messaging platform (which sends our emails and texts), our quoting and application partners, website hosting, scheduling and analytics providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Legal and regulatory reasons. When required by law, by the Arkansas Insurance Department or another regulator, or to protect the rights and safety of you, us or others.
  • With your permission. For example, if you ask us to speak with a family member about your policy.

The protections for your phone number and text message consent described in Calls and text messages apply to all of the sharing above.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies, pixels and similar tools from companies such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and our marketing platform to understand how visitors use the site and to show and measure our ads. These tools may collect information about your visit and use it across other websites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. Some parts of the site, such as the quote tool, may not work correctly without cookies. This site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Insurance information

When you apply for a policy, the insurance company collects and decides on your application. Health and other application information is handled under that company's own privacy notice, which it provides to you. As an insurance agent, we protect nonpublic personal information as required by federal and Arkansas insurance privacy laws, and we only use it to serve you and your policy.

Your choices and rights

  • Email: click "unsubscribe" in any email.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to any text.
  • Phone calls: tell us on the call, or call (870) 310-7804, and we will stop.
  • Your information: contact us to ask what we have about you, or to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some records the law or insurance regulators require.

Some states give residents additional privacy rights. If those laws apply to you, contact us and we will respond as they require.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to people and providers who need it to serve you. No website or system can be guaranteed completely secure. We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Important changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
